Mountain is not the best that Colorado offers, in fact I'd put in in the bottom 10%. Still it has some advantages like minimal lines and areas that escape the crowds. The town/resort is really going to have to do something if they'd like to get the crowds in. The apres ski is poor, filled with primarily bitter locals in the 15-25 age range with nothing better to do than scowl at the "tourists" and provide poor service. The real experience comes off the beaten path, and the surrounding towns, exploration and back country experiences, winter and summer are top notch. Just my humble opinion having skiid Colorado my whole life, and a native of the area.
