Our family visited Durango in January (from S. Texas)and are trying to get back in March for a week and I can't believe the negative posts from some people. I guess you get what you give in life. We loved it. All the staff from our check-in at our condo at the village, the boys at the rental shop to our instructors were super nice and helpful. My youngest son took a group lesson and ended up with only two in the class for two days. His instructor was wonderful with him and now he's hooked and isn't that the point? We snowmobiled one whole day and it was absolutely beautiful, even my 70 year old father-in-law loved it. We were too tired to try to do anything at night but our condo overlooked the village so just sitting on our deck watching everyone was fun enough for us. If you are looking for a good time, you'll have one, if you're a stooge, stay home, less people to dodge.
