Don't stay in room facing the slopes

Full review

During a family vacation, my husband's family booked 2 large units facing the slopes in Copper One. Rooms were great during the day; beautiful view, close to everything. However, night was a different story. Due to snow grooming, every night, you could not get any sleep. They groomed all night, right outside building. Instead of starting near the condos & finishing up early, they worked right outside the building until 4:00am. So we had head lights coming in the windows, beeping, and scrapping noises keeping everyone up all night. After 3 nights staying in the room, we had to move to Tucker Mountain Lodge in order to get some sleep. Skiing was great, wonderful runs, multiple lifts, and rental locations. Great family place. Just be selective of where you stay. Rooms with a view come at a cost.
