Copper is HUGE! There is tons of terrain including long, steep, challenging runs! You can find easy groomers or long bump runs. It's a great mountain. Copper also offers CAT skiing. There are not many resorts who offer this type of "backcountry" adventure. Additionally, Copper is easily accessible from I-70. This is a fantastic feature! The half-pipe at Copper looks gigantic! I have not entered the pipe, but I've seen it many times while driving west on I-70. From the highway, THEY (there are two you can see) ARE GINORMOUS!!! The village offers lodging and dining. There are always events taking place throughout the winter and summer weekends. Copper is definitely a must go! Finally, Copper has fantastic Bloody Mary's. They infuse their vodka with a large assortment of vegetables. This is a great treat for APRES'! I highly reccomend skiing Copper!
