We parked in the Elk parking lot and we took the shuttle to the base of the mountain. We headed to the Strawberry express and took it up and we went straight to the Arrowhead chair. The skiing was icy so we went to the Larkspur express the skiing was better but still not good so we headed to Grouse mountain which was a lot like Arrowhead plus it felt like you were going on the same run over and over. We then went in to eat at the Red tail camp. It was horrible. For one the pricing was way high, it was 6$ for a regular sized Gatorade!! The sandwich was 12$ and it was awful!! Never eat at the Red tail camp. We then went to the other side of the mountain. It was icy over there too. The whole mountain was icy. I then thought to my self this terrain would be incredible if it wasn't so icy. We also were in the Rose Bowl area which wasn't icy but slushy. So we decided to go. If Beaver Creek gets any fresh snow no doubt go there but if it doesn't get fresh snow don't go there.
