Full review

I have skied Valle Nevado many times. I just skied six days from June 25 through July 1, 2008. The conditions were excellent. The temperature was 36 to 38 degrees with bright blue skies everyday. A lot of snow fell before the season opened so there is enough snow with no rocks any where. However they will need more snow to keep these great conditions through the rest of the season. This is a big area with no trees and on powder days it is endless powder. Not exactly Utah snow but close. It is very dry as it is a high desert. If you are looking for moguls wait until Steamboat open this winter. There are no moguls any where in Valle Nevado. This is a fast skiing super groomed mountain. Can get firm but not icy. The views are breathtaking !!!!
