Their goal is to make it to June. I think they'll get there with Mt. Superstar.

Killington has built a glacier on their superstar trail with their snow guns which allows them to stay open for so late into the season. They will very likely be open to late May this year with the continued cold weather that's been going on. I was there last weekend and the top of the glacier was probably more than 20ft deep.

Surprising "good winter" ski day on April 4th. Lots of fresh powder and snow in the morning. Only a couple of trails had bare spots. After 2 pm, there was quite a few icy spots heading back, very large ones on the flats. Found spring like conditions at end of day only & at base.

First time @ MRG...and it was great. Fresh snow on April 4th! At times I didn't see another soul on any given trail. I will be back next year

It is certainly possible for Killington to be open through May the recent rain isn't helping but there's still a ton of snow. More than last year and I believe closing day 2014 was May 20th. Ill be there in a half hour ill post a report

Stupid question, but does it seem like killington will still be open on the 25th? This has it projected well into May, but how realistic is that?

Epic spring skiing today, lovely corn snow on ALL the mountain with temps in the 50's. The best was up on Heaven's Gate and Castlerock with Ripcord, still my favorite, just perfectly Awesome today!!! And it looks like winter returns tonight and tomorrow with 5" to 10" white stuff in the forecast.
