if they're locals, they are smart as heck to settle in the mad river valley instead of stowe. stowe has attitude. mrv is as real as it gets.

Skied Killi all weekend. Was pretty typical Vt skiing. Groomers were good in the mornings and icy in the afternoons. Really needs some fresh pow. Saturday was way too crowded. doubt id go again on a holiday saturday.

pretty good today MLK. lots of ice here and there but if you look around enough there is plenty of fun stuff to ski! some glades, some back stuff, and less traveled terrain

My first time at Pico today and i cannot wait to go back. The recent warm front killed New England skiing and riding but the groomers really recovered the mountain. Thin layer of snow over and icy base but made very enjoyable runs. Obviously there was some patches and closed trails, but this mountain has great potential. :)
