Snow good, weather absolutely beautiful, slopes were not very crowded, lines were short at lifts
A bit windy and the snow was not in perfect condition due to the warm

Last Saturday my daughter and I drove from Elk Grove to Sugar Bowl for a day of skiiing. We got there in about 2 hours with relatively light traffic on I-80. The temperature at arrival was 37 F, sunny and a slight breeze. We parked at Judah and had no difficulty in getting a parking place. We enjoyed the sunny weather, the slopes, and although breezy, found the weather very pleasant. The snow was a bit soft but some patches below were icey. Nevertheless, we had good runs. We ate near the Lincoln lift and enjoyed the scenery and good food. We left Sugar Bowl quite tired but satisfied with a wonderful day of skiing.
