Where else can you hit terrain like the "Fingers", 75 Chute and Oly Lady Bowl while you wait for your friends to finish their lunch break? And that's only a fraction of Squaw's vast playground on the Lower Mountain; you still have the Upper Mountain to session! If you have any legs left over at the end of the day and don't plan on cuttin' the rug in the Village, you can hang out with your friends you lost at lunch on the 3 1/2 mile mountain run for night skiing and boarding until 9PM. When my friends and I first started coming out to Squaw ten years ago, we'd have to "go into town" for the apre' ski nightlife. Now you can walk (stumble) back to your hotel room from a night out in the Village. This is by far my favorite place in the Tahoe Basin.
