Full review

We took our 2 kids to Tube Town and spent $136 to ride the hills for the day with a moving carpet. It was so lame! Kids were bored after 1st time down. The lanes were so slow they weren't even fun, the carpet went slower than you could walk up the hill, so that wasted tons of our time and the guy at the top was SO rude to everyone! He kept belittling people and kids, saying, "What part of behind the sign do you not understand? !" We left after 20 min. And asked for at least part of our money back. They refused and were so horrible. This place shouldn't even be in business. We went to Donner Summit and paid $5 to just use our own sleds in an open area and had WAY more fun. What a waste of $136!
