Visited on 1/28/07 for Tubing. Snow and ride down high Tubing run was fine. What was not, however, was that they had "kids" running the run. Put you on rope pull at button and NO one at top, so kids colliding and falling as try to get off. To get tube to "naturally" fall off tow line, they built 4-6 foot "cliff", so fall down at end of pull. Adults were getting hurt, having their necks whipped up and down, with many falling off and getting SERIOUSLY HURT! I cracked a rib as rubber tube fell out from underneath me at end of pull rope, with my tube going left and my body falling right. Fell almost 4-5 feet, landed on hard ice at bottom of drop, couldn't get up for a minute, couldn't breath well as wind "knocked out of me" for 2-3 minutes, with now cracked left rib. Haven't been able to sleep all night for 2 weeks now, slowly healing. Told attendants at Tubing run, did not seem to care or do anything. No one at top of pull to help small kids, teen or even hurt adults. Only worker on top was at run 100 yards away, he did NOT seem to understand English... BEWARE, DANGEROUS and POOR SERVICE/SAFETY INTERESTS !
