What a mess. Wanted to get a locker to put our ugg boots and such in. First 3 lockers took my money but would not open, employess said, yeah, people keep saying that, no we can't refund and they had no idea where additional lockers were. Wewent to customer relations, THEY did not know where any other lockers were and refused to refund out money, said to go back to the other side of the grounds (in our boots and ski gear) and wait for the security gaurd. My children were tired and hot from walking around looking for a locker and we wasted the first hour, no employees cared, much less customer relations. We asked four different employess, no one knew where the lockers were, what a huge waist of time, will never go back.
