Went to Snow Summit the week after a big snow storm. Snow quality was very good. Also I liked how they limit the amount of lift tickets they sell to avoid crowded conditions. Fun trails. Also it was very convenient to get from parking lots to resort via their shuttes, although felt like cattle being herded onto the back of a truck. Prices were very reasonable too esp during holiday/peak season.

The only con was that it can be difficult to get to the resort. You have to pay attention to the weather report. Certain conditions require everyone to have tire chains before they let you pass the checkpoint. Eventhough we had SUV with 4 wheel drive, we had to turn around and buy tire chains to show the California Highway Patrolman. We never even used them.
