I am an true expert. Sierra Summit(China Peak)is a great place to go with the family, friends, or just your self. It has awsome tree runs like no other ski resort has. The resort might be smaller than Mammoth or Squaw, but that is also the positive side for people who want to ski fresh powder. Sierra Summit's park is sweet with many jumps the size of mammoth's but Sierra Summit also has lots of hard rails, boxes, and they have a beginer park too. For the beginers their is the easy runs that are over a mile and many cool ski and snowboard instructors. Intermediates are in luck when they go because they have some great runs. The Three things I liked about Sierra Summit is that they groomed their expert runs well, they have many trials in to areas where not that many people go, and they have so many perfect 20-30 foot cliffs. There also is a supercross run. Sierra Summit has some terrain that you cant beleive you cant even stay up on your feet when you go at full speed. This place isn't going to be a secret very long. 1679 vertical feet, 45+ trails, and 3 freestyle parks. Stay the night at the Sierra Summit Inn and or get some rentals at the rental shop. when you are at Sierra Summit you never want to leave.
