Spring Snow

It's not packed powder and it's not a 45 inch base. Those are flat out lies. The reality is: good coverage on the runs that are open with the exception of the bottom of Westbowl. If you stray anywhere off the open runs, you will quickly meet up with wood, rock or earthen materials. Snow quality is kind of moot when the temp is 39 degrees upon arrival in the morning. We had fun but mainly because we have passes and didn't have to pay. Plus, we found a fiver in the snow so that was cool too. Grandview chair was broke in the morning (Sunday) not sure if it has been fixed.

Went Thursday. 3.5 stars. had fun but a lot of hazards & thin cover on the lower mountain. get your gear waxed & stay in the shadows if you can because it gets slushy.
