    Pros: great parks, friendly people, ok food, good terrain if you know where to go

    Cons: expensive, crowded, not enough challenging slopes, family unfriendly

    Great Skiing

    Pros: The mountain has a wonderful mix of runs that should satisfy any skier

    Cons: Too long of a walk from the shuttle bus to the gondola

    I am an advanced skier and have skiied most of the resorts of the Lake Tahoe area. NorthStar, in my opinion has one of the best mixes of runs for any level... Full review

    Go & have fun

    Pros: Best snow making; lots of variety

    Cons: Not the best for super experts

    In this drought season, Northstar is clearly the best around the lake. The extent of good quality skiable runs is astonishing. Squaw ran out of water.... Full review
