    Go & have fun

    Pros: Best snow making; lots of variety

    Cons: Not the best for super experts

    In this drought season, Northstar is clearly the best around the lake. The extent of good quality skiable runs is astonishing. Squaw ran out of water.... Full review

    2011 Boarding

    Pros: Fun day out on the slopes. Back side was open.=))

    Cons: Where is the rest of the snow???

    Even though we haven't had a ton of snow this season the man made snow is pretty good if you still are considering going. The park they had set up was fun.... Full review

    Northstar is Underrated

    Pros: variety of terrain, easy navigation, tree skiing, terrain park

    Cons: crowded on weekends, touristy

    Northstar gets a bad rap from locals because a lot of the tourists flock to this place, but it's a nice overall experience with good terrain variety for all... Full review

    Cons: 1 hour lift lines?

    i went there during the dew tour and got 1 hour lift lines 7 runs in all when i went there before u would just walk up to the lift no2 1 hour lift liness no... Full review

    Pros: Varied terrain, lots of runs, shopping, dining

    Cons: Tourist trap, expensive, trendy

    Among North Tahoe locals, Northstar gets a pretty bad reputation. We know it as the local tourist trap, where you will be plagued by over-dressed fancy bay... Full review
