Straight terrible... service + snow is terrible.

    Cons: The staff sucks and there is no snow, it's all ice.

I went here and the phone system said that conditions were good. I got to the location and the winds were blowing really fiercely and there was no snow. It was all hard, slick ice. The parts that weren't ice were dirt. I literally had to avoid manhole sized patches of twigs and dirt.
