Easy from LA

Pros: Easy to get to from LA - 5 hrs, w/no traffic

Cons: Early season icey conditions

Moved to LA in June and my first trip of the season. It took me 5 1/2 hours to get to Mammoth leaving UCLA at 4 PM on a Thursday so ease of access is great... Full review
