Mammoth Mountain Ski Area - We skied Friday and Saturday.
Friday was a bit on a colder side, some parts had chunky ice but Saturday warmed up and soften the snow. although it was like a zoo, it was so crowded on Saturday. both days I found some powder at the top and chair 22. - ©anonymous

Mammoth Mountain Ski Area - Non-stop fresh and dry powder all yesterday. Chair 8 through Stump Alley Express opened. Picture is from tree run near Rollercoster lift. Go fast as you sink quickly into waist deep powder. Saw a guy fall 30ft off lift while he was struggling with a selfie stick and GoPro, he wasn't hurt and ended up in shoulder deep powder with everyone on lift cheering / clapping. - ©Sandyclaws

Mammoth Mountain Ski Area - Mammoth has been epic this season!! How anyone can complain about the precise base measurement is beyond me. There is TONS of snow, plenty of powder if you know where to go, and if you don't like crowds, avoid holiday weekends after big storms.
