No crowds, terrain park, cozy huts
no snowmaking, old chairlift to ascend and sometimes descent at valley
This is a really cool place to ski if you want a ski slope that's all yours. there are 2 high speed quads, and 4 doubles, plus a magic carpet for the beginners. The food at the chalet is pretty good, but they have a problem, for you need to take an old double chairlift from like 1960 to access the rest of the ski area. Also, they need some snowmaking to keep their valley run open, because it was the middle of february, and their valley run wasn't open. But overall, it was no crowds awesome terrain park, and a nice valley with fantastic views. So if its a crowded day in mammoth, get in the car and drive 20 minutes north to June Mountain.
