  • Whistler's Janyk Wins GS

    Britt Janyk of Whistler, BC won the Women's Giant Slalom race at the Pontiac GMC Canadian Championships on the weekend, finishing her two runs in a combined time of two minutes 27.05 seconds. It is the fourth GS title for Janyk in the last six years, but she says it's satisfying because she's been in a bit of a slump by her standards. Full Article

    Snowfall at Whistler Blackcomb reached record highs this month and the mountain is already close to beating it's annual snowfall average with 877 centimetres or 345 inches of snow falling in Whistler this season.
