No off piste skiing. All fossilized snow. Only one piste off Red and a couple off Grey to ski. Paradise OK and can ski to bottom on Main Run Pistes are in reasonably OK condition considering how long it's been since it snowed, but beware occasional rock or slick icy patch.

Skied today and the sun was wonderful but conditions obviously not any better. Ski from 10-2pm, best time. Again, very icy spots, be careful. When you do find a little dusting, it's nice!!

Good snow. It's not perfect but fun. All the haters can drive to whistler and leave Cypress alone.

Just skied Whistler the last two days and I agree with other postings. The areas that are open are hardpacked but well groomed. kudos to the mountains groomers. It's blue skies and great runs. A little icy in some places but Harmony Piste and GS were beautiful yesterday.

Plenty of snow, everything is groomed really nice. Was able to board from the peak all the way to creekside and to whistler base. It is hardpacked but there is lots of soft snow in places. We had lots of fun yesterday, cant wait to do again tomorrow.

Go hiking/skinning and you can find some decent stuff. Cold temps mean nice light pow but still got that crust underneath

Rough season for Fernie. Very poor conditions. Not their fault but given half the mountain is closed, you'd think they could give you a break on the lift ticket price, no such luck. Not worth the $90. Whitefish Montana is much better and only 2 hours away.

Don't be scared of what you see at base. Go to the alpine and you'll see. Lots if fun and sun!
