Full review

Fernie is an excellent resort and caters to all ages and abilities, the mountain has something for everyone and the snow was excellent. The resort is expensive if you want ski in ski out but if you stay in town just 10 minutes from the slopes the accomodation is inexpensive and there is a lot to choose from. Getting around Fernie is easy if you have a car, there is taxi's and shuttles to and from the mountain. I would recomend this resort to everyone planning a ski trip to Canada, it is small but has everything that places like Whistler has but unlike Whistler it has a cosy comfortable feel to it and after 3 weeks there it felt like home as the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. I am going back to Canada for 6 weeks in Feburary 2014 and am spending all 6 weeks in Fernie(home), i love the place that much.
