Lech (1450m) is a picture-perfect alpine village full of character. It is also an exclusive ski resort lined with luxurious hotels and fine restaurants. It is linked to the neighbouring, and equally exclusive, village of Zürs (1716m). Lech-Zürs offers access to 276 kilometres of pistes. The villages share the Arlberg Pass with ski hedonists heaven, St Anton am Arlberg. Lech-Zürs is among the first to open in the Alps, usually in the last week of November. Winter highlights include musical fireworks in Zürs, the White Ring - The Race, Bregenz Festival in the snow, and the Lech Mountain Trophy. Ski Schools are available for all levels, with a full programme including carving, ski safari, snowboarding, and telemarking.

Fabulous resort with amazing skiing options

Pros: Schneesicher, Panorama, lange Abfahrten
Cons: kein Wald durch Höhenlage - bei schlechtem Wetter schlechte Sicht, kein Funpark, wenig Hütten
