Falkert Overview

Region Wide Comparison

Area Profile

An integral part of the big ski area shared with its internationally known bigger neighbour Bad Kleinkirchheim, home of Franz Klammer, Falkert provides a low key, usually lower priced alternative.

Falkert guarantees reliable snow-coverage until end of April and has accommodation directly on the slopes - just put on your skis and off you go. The area also markets itself as a safe snow paradise for families. As the ski resort is small with all points in clear view, parents can leave their children alone on the slopes with no fear. Indeed Falkert is called the Children Mountain as it also offers children's hotels, and child friendly ski instructors and lift staff. Children have a special place in our heart! says the lift company.
