Snow Reporter Comments: Mon 8 June, 08:57AM Summit Quad is Open! It looks like another cracker of a day on the way! The sky is clear, the current temp is 2 degrees, heading for a top of 5 degrees, and there is a light northerly wind up top. The snow guns have had another good solid low-humidity run overnight and are still pumping it out this morning. It was great to see the Summit Quad get up and running along with the Summit Trainer yesterday, and I expect the conditions will be even better up there today, thanks to the big night of snowmaking and grooming. The base is firm and there'll be a little dry snow on the top, making for a nice surface for carving some turns. Get up there and make the most of it! Cheers Bill
