This is the best ski resort in South America. It is close to the city of bariloche which can be access from buenos aires by car, train, bus, plane. It got a lot of hotels (really good quality), restaurants ( excellent food), pubs. And it is full of goodies.
Over the weekend it gets crowded. I ski here for the first time.
