“excellent conditions; solid base and 8" yesterday”

“bitterly cold at the moment, but fresh every day. Resort is fairly quiet so its not getting all tracked out and not too crusty either. Apartment roof has 6 to 8 ft of snow.”

Pros: Unspoilt Tarentaise resort, history of elephants

Cons: Nightlife not the best, no more elephants

Found on the opposite side of the valley to Les Arcs, La Rosiere is a great resort.
