Pros: Unspoilt Tarentaise resort, history of elephants
Cons: Nightlife not the best, no more elephants

Pros: Great views, big cross border ski area, good new facilities and restaurants
Cons: Usual French purpose built problem - little character or nightlife.
Although it seems like a traditional resort, most of La Rosiere has been built especially for skiing in the past few decades and it closes down completely i... Full review
