Grandvalira ski area has improved over the past 10 years and now offers a very easily accessable ski area suitable for families, singles and groups alike. Excellent ski schools and slopes for begineers with intermediate and advanced skiers still being able to find areas that will make it an enjoyable holiday although Advanced skiers looking for demanding slopes should probably look elsewhere. Well priced packages available from the main tour operators although the long transfer times are a disadvantage.

Skied with a group on a budget this year and returning again to Pas in Jan 2010 as great destiantion for a "on the Piste" week of fun.

Some may find Pas De La Casa a little noisy although good duty free shopping. Soldeu and El Tarter more suited to those looking for a little more peace and quiet.
