Pros: Relatively varied terrain, Sunny side so softer snow

Cons: Not much for the advanced skier

Cervinia: un po' troppi esibizionisti, ma ottima per lo sci

Pros: Piste e impianti; possibilità di sciare anche in Svizzera

Cons: ll parcheggio all'arrivo e un certo tipo di frequentatori

Cervinia - the other side of Zermatt

Cons: Limited advanced terrain

Cervinia is the resort on the "other side of Zermatt", so it shares stunning views of the Matterhorn. Since it faces south, it attracts a lot of Zermatt skiers on sunny days.... Full review

Pros: Fantastic snow. Not too crowded.

Cons: Weather can make it difficult
