A recent trip to Banf in December 2008 resulted in Extremely Cold Temps (-30c) and Closed Resorts. They do not operate the lifts when the temp reach -30c. Beware, December in Banf is really cold. This could happen to you. Get travel insurance, check the forcast before you go or wait until late Feb or Mar to go.- Was this helpful?
