Sunshine has some of the nicest snow I've skied. There is tons of pure natural snow that sweet to run on compared to resorts that use a lot of artificial snow. The ability to access a myriad of different terrains from just about anywhere close to where you might be standing is a HUGE plus. Also your ability to see a large part of the mountain from the lifts allows you to scope out your next untracked run and how to get to it. It doesn't seems to get crowded (not much accomodation on site) which allows the mountain to retain great snow for a large part of the day before getting tracked out.
