Marmot Basin - I love skiing at marmot basin. It's not too big, if you stay on the top half of the mountain you can have fun all day. - ©rozmarnowich

Sunshine Village - Yesterday morning was good, but once they opened Goats in the afternoon, the day turned to epic!! We had fresh powder lines all afternoon (and the best part of the day - the hill was practically empty!) - ©hoots1472.sr

Sunshine Village - Lots of new snow on Sunday but it was VERY sticky, grabby stuff. Must be the moisture, weird for this side of the Rockies. Wax up those skis! Also really cold, take care.

Castle Mountain - sleeping in the parking lot. Still dumping Sunday night easily 40 cm today on top of another 30. Today highway 3 shut down so had to deal with some long lift lines. good news is the fernie folk didn't stay long and
it was short lines after lunch. it's blowing hard and snowing right now. Monday will be epic!

Marmot Basin - Went for a day trip yesterday. considering no new snow in a week, not a bad day at all! Wind and light flurries most of the day which slowed the visitors. Visibility was harsh near the afternoon due to cloud cover, flurries and wind. - ©braiden.bell

Marmot Basin - main runs are pretty good considering the lower snowbase. Still some hard pack patches but any sun would make the groomers a
beauty. wilder areas do need some snow.

Sunshine Village - Started off like a dream. icy underfoot from 1PM onwards. Big Pow forecast Sat/Sun/Mon according to Google weather. much needed as rocks exposed in places. Skis are a few mm thinner than they were this morning but awesome bluebird day with great material underfoot for 4/5 hours until getting icy later in the day. - ©Tom

Lake Louise - Visted Louise yesterday after a bit of an icy day skating about at Norquay. conditions far better here. Still running on what feels like a very hard packed base but I they're putting genuine snow on top of this from somewhere it seems.

Great wide open signature Louise style runs. Becoming icy in the afternoon (especially noticing this on big skis ). As always, get up for sunrise & be at the gondola for 9am to make sure you eat that soft stuff up whilst you can. We finished the day at 2AM after a few nice quick runs down the Ladies Downhill.

I really hope some more white stuff lands here soon. Seems to be bare in parts for January but the staff here are doing a great job of keeping it going at a solid level.

Mt. Norquay - Great first day but Norquay in desperate need of snow. Heading to Louise tomorrow in hope of some fresher stuff underfoot. Quay icy places & anything high up now really worth a ski as really exposed in parts with nothing to grip on. Avoid fat skis if possible or you'll be sliding about a bit! - ©Tom

Marmot Basin - Conditions were favorable. Getting icy off paradise chair, but must of the mountains had fair snow. A hike towards the peak is well worth it, bottomless turns off the top. - ©anonymous
