Jasper... beautiful! The town is nice, so are the locals. Somehow they have avoided being spoiled by commercialism like many other resort towns or ski hills. Get in on it while you still can!
The hill however is a let down...
Pay attention to snow reports - whenever it snows, Marmot seems to miss out on the party. I can't think of another hill that gets less snow - possibly Mt.Norquay or COP in calgary!
The terrain is decent, enough vertical, not enough challenging terrain. Lift system is ok. Staff are excellent! It's a great place to go for a vacation if you have more than one day, to explore everything Jasper has to offer, however, if you are looking for a great day on the slopes, most hills are a better choice.
