Pros: Skiing was magical

Cons: Road from Anchorage to Girdwood a bit hairy. Drive safely when it's snowing!

Stayed at the Alyeska & it is beautiful. We stayed over Christmas weekend & it snowed every day. Girdwood is a charming little town and I very much enjoye... Full review

Cons: Train from Anchorage needs to increase ski trip runs

The place for steeps and quad workouts

Pros: Short lines, steep runs, 700+ inches

Cons: Flat light in January, wet snow
