Area Profile

Bolton Valley Resort is a four season destination located in the scenic Green Mountains of Vermont. Winter in Bolton Valley transforms the area into a winter wonderland offering terrain for all levels of skiers, riders, and cross-country ski enthusiasts. Sporting 1,634 feet of vertical, Bolton Valley Resort offers 64 trails accessed via six lifts. Recent upgrades include the Vista Bowl quad, which opened up a new bowl atop Vista Peak, along with new trails and more than 20 additional acres of glades. Ski and ride under the lights four nights a week on twelve trails, or “go big” in the terrain park, Wednesdays through Saturdays until 9 pm. Try Bailey’s Restaurant for meals. The recently renovated Bolton Valley Hotel, located in the heart of the base village, offers 60 traditional hotel rooms.
