The highest peak in the Laurentians, Tremblant often referred to as the premier European Resort in North America. There's a decidedly Euro feel to the place, so much so that at times you feel much farther away from home than you are. Tremblant offers guests 600 acres to ski and ride on with 121 acres of glades. Thirteen lifts service 94 runs. The Duncan Express will take you to the top of the North Side in nine minutes; the eight-passenger gondola operates on the South Side. There's always something going on at Tremblant.
Slopeside condominium lodging and full service hotels. Additional lodging lies 1 to 10 miles away with 5,000 beds; many provide transportation to the slopes.
Fine dining on the summit, including a Louisiana-style restaurant called Fat Mardi's, eight specialty food shops, variety of bars and entertainment, mountain village with 45 shops, children's ski school and day care for ages 1 to 7 years. Rentals, repairs, and lessons. First aid and clinic on-site, hospital 21 miles away. Seventy-seven percent snowmaking.
Cross country and touring, dog sledding, ice skating, mountaineering, movies, ski jumps, sledding, sleigh riding, snowboarding, snowmobiling, swimming, 31 acres of glades, and nightly entertainment all on-site. Indoor tennis and ice fishing available nearby.
Tremblant's snow Park is an extreme, high-energy venue with 18 acres of ramps, modules, jumps, music, and a super Olympic-calibre 130-metre long, 6-metre high half-pipe. Mini snow park for novice boarders.
