The conditions are usually pretty good, but sometimes it can become very "firm" as us ski racers like to call it. The terrain is great, and has a variety of difficulties of slopes. Blue Knob also has some of the steepest Terrain in Pennsylvania. The slopes here are also fairly long for East Coast mountains.
