Manganui Ski Field

Area Profile

Manganui is located on the slopes of Mt. Egmont and is maintained by the Stratford Mountain Club. Access to the ski area is from a sealed road through Beach Forest. From the carpark, one must walk to the ski field; the Flying Fox is available to transport equipment and goods.

Lodging Profile

Stratford Mountain Club Lodge is for members only. There is public shelter for daily public use, containing restrooms, ticket office and canteen. Hotel and motel accomodations are available for the public 3km below the ski field.
