If are not a beginner or are a snowboarder then there are much better places to spend your time. Silver Star sucks if are a snowboarder because of the many flat areas. You will find yourself frequently having to unbuckle to go down a road or to a lift. The trees have been thinned are poorly cut, there are dangerous unmarked gullies and dense brush.
