Area Profile

The ski area is three miles from the town of Fernie in southeastern British Columbia on the west side of the Canadian Rockies. Known for its inbound steeps, Fernie has been compared to Red Mountain, Alta, Snowbird, Crested Butte, and Jay Peak. It has five alpine bowls that are only partially groomed. Lodging Profile

Condominium hotel with 220 beds on mountain with dining room and lounge, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, and hot tubs. Forty-two unit lodge and one- and two-bedroom timberline condominiums also available. Hostels to houses and everything in between is available either on-mountain with ski to your door access or 5 km from the resort in the city of Fernie.
