Area Profile
Telfes local ski area is at Schlick 2000, a wind-protected valley a 20 minute drive and just over ten miles from the Tirolean capital at Innsbruck. The area has been improved recently with new high capacity lifts including a quad chair. The Stubai glacier, open eight months a year, is also nearby. There is a freeride area and a free bus service between Telfes and the ski slopes.
