Area Profile

The Gaberl Pass is a popular sports area, year round which has attracted snow lovers for at least 80 years. The six ski lifts cover a wide variety of runs from wide meadow trails and family runs to the steep Steilhan trail. Runs continue down to the resort of Salla when conditions are good.

There is a ski and snowboard school, a sports shop with ski rental service, 20 km of cross-country skiing and a toboggan run

When the weather is good there are amazing views as far as Hungary and Slovenia.
